About me:

Principal, Biofouling Management Services, Australia
After studies in marine botany at the University of Melbourne, I went on to spend 30 years working as a scientist in the Defence Science & Technology Organisation in Melbourne. My principal research interests at DSTO were in marine biofouling and its prevention, together with work on environmental compliance of naval vessels, and other environmental aspects of navy operations. In 2007, I left DSTO for private consultancy with ES Link Services Pty Ltd, primarily working on biofouling impacts, antifouling technologies, and biofouling and invasive marine species management. From June 2021 I have continued this work in my own company, Biofouling Management Services.
